For those need something to lower cholesterol, this delicious food can be a good choice. Studies have shown that it can reduce LDL cholesterol. If you have high blood pressure, you can lower it by consuming only a small bar of dark chocolate everyday. It is also good for your heart and your cardiovascular system.

Many people even say that consuming chocolate makes people happy. Consuming it gives you a pleasure feeling since it stimulates the production of endorphin. For those often get depressed, they are suggested to consume it because it can act as an anti-depressant.

You may feel a dilemma of being fat and being healthy. However, it is a matter of your self discipline. Just limit your intake to stay healthy without being fat.
