THE FIRST STEP
Before you start to use these tricks you must make sure that you have a deep hatred for smoking and a massive desire to quit more than anything else in the world. This desire is the no1 reason why people find it easy to give up.
To prove this point just look at the man or woman diagnosed with lung cancer. They find it easy to let go of cigarettes..but it's too late!
LET'S GET INTO SOME TACTICS.
1. Hypnosis
This is the method I used. Basically I got a CD with a 45 minute session I listened to once a week and then a 20 minutes session once per day. Works like a champ!
2. Herbal
The herbal remedies give your body the same high as nicotine but without the cancer causing smoke and addiction. They can also help you detox much faster.
3. Cinnamon
If you cannot afford an inhaler then just use a cinnamon stick like a cigarettes. They give you a nice taste and the don't keep you addicted to nicotine like the gum or patches.
4. Laser Therapy
I would steer clear if I was you. There is no evidence to suggest that laser therapy works any better than a placebo.
5. Cold Turkey
This is my favorite method to use with hypnosis because it means you can get all the nicotine out of you system and be feeling better in about three weeks.
