Let's start by stating that city council's are the breeding ground for inept, and morally blinded politicians, eager to get their start. From the once great city of Detroit and Monica Conyers, former chairwoman of the Detroit City Council and wife of House Judiciary Committee Chairman John Conyers (D-Mich.), convicted of bribery charges to the mob tactics of the Bell California City Council. These community power structures are the definition of corruption and/or liberalism running a muck.
If you choose to go against the grain, refuse to contribute to the police union, or put the wrong candidate sign up for election, it is very easy to find a parade of city inspectors at your doorstep with pen in hand. At the epicenter of this cronyism power structure, there are the school departments with even a greater lack of judgment who are dragging your child's mind into the sewer of the liberal mire. Political correctness has overrun logic in most large cities. Honest, hard working Americans are subject to the idiocy of these touchy-feely fools running our cities and towns.
These autocrats in cheap leather chairs have risen to a level of bone headiness inconceivable because of their ability to maneuver under the radar. Corruption and stupidity is made easy with little or no over-site except by the community, busy with their daily lives. Equipped with an army of regulating minions, they are free to become a microcosm of a power elite with a homogenization of viewpoints bordering at times on the absurd.
From boycotting Arizona for protecting life and property, implementing illegal gun control laws, or telling a home owner they cannot cut down a tree on their property. The Tea Party needs to reign in, or remove these piddling meddlers of society and vet quality people who can win local elections to fill their seats. With the way the Tea Party is structured by community rather than leaders, this task should be easy to accomplish and necessary for the future of America.
