Now the 28 year-old returns to the TV world, sort of, with a film adaptation of the iconic 1980's TV series The A-Team. In the film, she plays Carissa Sosa and shared with us what it was like to be in her shoes.
"If I could be an eighth of her, that would be amazing," Jessica says of her, "I feel like we share a similar quality with I guess ambition and career, drive. I feel like I'm probably quite ambitious and so is Sosa. But she also has that quality of not being afraid and of being an adrenaline junkie."
"I share that a little bit but that no fear, balls to the walls quality that all of these characters share and the people in real life who do these jobs have those qualities," she adds, "They're not very serious people. They're wildly outrageous and fun and smart and witty. I would kill to be like that."
Jessica shared why she had such deep love for her co-stars Liam Neeson, Bradley Cooper, Quinton "Rampage" Jackson, and Sharlto Copley.
"Isn't it obvious?" Biel replies with a laugh, "I have to say I had an incredible experience on this movie. Clearly everybody loves each other. It was literally like being around 5 older brothers. I was tortured and loved and cared for and picked on as I should have been. It was a beautiful experience."
Biel reveals there was originally plans to put gag reel footage during the closing credits of the film including a scene of co-star Sharlto Copley singing the words, "I'm doing sexy, sexy, bang, bang," during an electroshock scene in the film.
"That's some of the torture we're talking about," Jessica says of it."
Finally, she was asked to comment on the fact that co-writers Brian Bloom and director Joe Carnahan claimed to come up with the plot of the film revolving around a real-life story that deposed
