Here are 3 more tips that you are going to need to be victorious in your MMA career. Whether 1 fight or 20, you will need be effective and efficient with all of your training.

Train harder than anyone else!

To become successful you need to be training harder than everyone else in your club. This means arriving early, staying late, and giving each aspect every ounce of energy you have.

When you give all your energy in training, others will notice and help you succeed. When they are training and kicking your ass around and you are always in there willing to learn they will help you win your fight.

Stay Calm!

When you're practicing, or in the real fight. You must stay calm. As soon as you start to panic, your heart rate gets going and you'll be sucking back more and more oxygen, burning up valuable energy stores.

This is a critical mistake made by fighters as high up as in the UFC. They get the jitters from the octagon on the big stage and end up exhausted too early on in the fight.

Don't rely on any single technique!

This is MIXED-Martial Arts. Throwing punches over and over again may do you well in the beginning. But then your opponent will take you down and pound you out because you never trained to defend the take-down.

So many big name kick-boxers, boxers, and BJJ guys have to learn about 4 new languages when entering MMA. Don't show a weakness in any area, study everyone.

These tips are really only just the beginning. You need a complete MMA training program to be successful in any way.

So always remember:

Train harder than anyone else!

Stay Calm!

Don't rely on any single technique!
