Can you tell me the most important part of your article?
I mean, assuming that you've written a good title and that the reader is actually looking at your article, what is the most important part of the article?
Well, while there are many different opinions, and you could probably argue more than one answer, for most people they would say that the resource box is the most important part.
I mean, your resource box is the part where you can put your links...where you can sell the reader, the part where you can actually get that sale. Without the resource box, there would be no point to article marketing.
But, there's more to an article than a resource box, and this is what I think most people forget, even though it seems really really obvious. Your resource box is only worth anything if your readers consistently read all the way to the resource box.
This, my friends, is the true challenge behind article marketing. Writing good titles, that's easy. A good resource box, not difficult, writing interesting content that will keep the reader going, hard.
So, I urge you to take some time with your content. By taking a few extra minutes with every article to make it interesting and pleasurable to read, you're greatly increasing the likelihood that readers will actually get to your resource box, and thus give you the clicks that you're working for.
So, how can you make your content interesting? Well, I'll give you a couple tips to hopefully help you out.
Firstly, try and write about topics that interest you. If you're interested in what you're writing about, then there's a good chance that your readers will pick up on that interest, and it'll translate into an interesting article. This is perhaps the easiest way to keep your articles zesty and fun to read.
The second thing that you can do is to make sure and include lots of information in your article. Try and keep your article from being very much fluff, you want to provide your readers with valuable information, and you don't want to do much else.
The last thing that you can do is to keep your articles at a reasonable length. I'd say between 300 and 500 words is pretty good. Much under 300 and your article is just too dinky. You can't fit much information in 200 words, but 300 is just enough to be worth reading. Much over 500 though, and your article starts to look long and boring, even before reading it. Plus it's much more difficult to keep a 600 word article entertaining than a 400 word article.
Well, those are my tips, hopefully they'll help you to start doing better with your article marketing. Good luck with all your marketing endeavors!
