Muhammad violated some 100 established customs (2) the in-between
Study of the pre-Islamic customs, issues, rules and laws is mandatory to acknowledge and appreciate the immense efforts done by the Prophet Muhammad who kept correcting anything wrong.
In this series, the Prophet Muhammad has disobeyed and violated some 100 established customs, issues, rules and laws that were wrong, false and flawed; as an alternative he has corrected and replaced them with some 100 well-known customs, issues, rules and laws that are right and valid up to the moment.
The second issue, No "in-between" between God and you
The Arabs before Islam used to worship idols. They believed in those idols as being the gates to their Creator. They believed that those idols have Intercession and mediation between them and the Creator. They used to ask the help of their idols. Also, they believed that their Creator loves those idols.
The Quran talks about this Religious issue in Verses 10:18 and 39:2-3
This was one of the greatest established issues that the Prophet Muhammad has violated and disobeyed.
This issue is an essential base of the religion.
This issue regulates the relationship between the Creator and human beings.
This issue differentiates people into believers and unbelievers.
This issue leads to the obvious Enmity between the believers and unbelievers.
This issue leads to fighting between the believers and unbelievers.
How did Muhammad correct and replace this issue?
The Prophet Muhammad was devoted to clear up this fundamental issue.
He told the people that:
There is one Creator, Allah.
There is no god(s) but Allah.
Nothing is similar or equivalent to Allah.
Allah has no partner(s), no wife, and no son(s).
There is Allah and whatever else and whoever else are but his creatures.
Do not put anything or anyone between Allah and you.
If you realize this law, you will end up in the Eternal Paradise.
If you deny this law, you will end up in the Eternal Hell.

The Quran, Verses 10:18 and 39:2-3 (four different translations)
Verse 10:18
QARIB: they worship, other than Allah, that which can neither harm nor benefit them, and say: 'these are our intercessors with Allah. ' say: 'will you tell Allah of something he does not know about either in the heavens or earth? exaltations to him! Exalted be he above what they associate! '
SHAKIR: and they serve beside Allah what can neither harm them nor profit them, and they say: these are our intercessors with Allah. say: do you (presume to) inform Allah of what he knows not in the heavens and the earth? Glory be to him, and supremely exalted is he above what they set up (with him)
PICKTHAL: they worship beside Allah that which neither hurteth them nor profiteth them, and they say: these are our intercessors with Allah. Say: would ye inform Allah of (something) that he knoweth not in the heavens or in the earth? Praised be he and high exalted above all that ye associate (with him)!
YUSUFALI: they serve, besides Allah, things that hurt them not nor profit them, and they say: "these are our intercessors with Allah." say: "do ye indeed inform Allah of something he knows not, in the heavens or on earth?- glory to him! And far is he above the partners they ascribe (to him)!"

Verses 39:2-3

QARIB: we have sent down the book with the truth to you (Prophet Muhammad), therefore worship Allah, and make your religion sincerely his.
SHAKIR: surely we have revealed to you the book with the truth; therefore serve Allah, being sincere to him in obedience
PICKTHAL: lo! We have revealed the scripture unto thee (Muhammad) with truth; so worship Allah, making religion pure for him (only).
YUSUFALI: verily it is we who have revealed the book to thee in truth: so serve Allah, offering him sincere devotion.

QARIB: is it not that the sincere religion belongs to Allah? As for those who choose guardians, other than him, (saying): 'we only worship them so that they will bring us near to Allah, ' indeed, Allah will judge between them concerning their differences. Indeed, Allah does not guide he who is an unthankful liar.
SHAKIR: now, surely, sincere obedience is due to Allah (alone) and (as for) those who take guardians besides him, (saying), we do not serve them save that they may make us nearer to Allah, surely Allah will judge between them in that in which they differ; surely Allah does not guide him aright who is a liar, ungrateful
PICKTHAL: surely pure religion is for Allah only. And those who choose protecting friends beside him (say): we worship them only that they may bring us near unto Allah. Lo! Allah will judge between them concerning that wherein they differ. Lo! Allah guideth not him who is a liar, an ingrate.
YUSUFALI: is it not to Allah that sincere devotion is due? But those who take for protectors other than Allah (say): "we only serve them in order that they may bring us nearer to Allah." truly Allah will judge between them in that wherein they differ. But Allah guides not such as are false and ungrateful.
