# Model/Talent Evaluation
In order to maintain the highest industry standards, all potential models and talent must be evaluated by a New Faces Development Director. A parent or legal guardian must accompany potential models and talent under the age of 21. At the interview, two forms of ID are required of potential models, talent and/or their parent/legal guardian. During the interview, a Development Director evaluates the models' or talents':
# Attitude and personality
# Ambitions, goals and expectations
# Appearance and marketability
Once evaluated, the Development Director will then suggest the appropriate marketing tools that will be needed for the model/talent's pursuit within the model and talent industry. However, New Faces reserves the right to choose not to work with a model/actor for any reason.
