Isagenix 9 Day Cleanse and My Experience

Alright, I wrapped up my primary Isagenix 9 day cleanse this A. M. , Monday, Nov 9th. As promised I'm back to tell you my experience.

First off, my Isagenix 9 day cleanse review starts the day before on October 27th. I was sure my supplies would be here but they weren't although UPS claimed it was already delivered. So I walked around to the neighbors and found my packages brought to someone else. So I got my things and was good to go for the subsequent day. I'm only bringing this up so that you might notice that October 28th, my start date, to Nov 9th is basically longer than 9 days. The very first thing you'll learn all about the Isagenix 9 day cleanse is that it's truly 11 days if it is your first time around. I'll say why in a second.

Isagenix 9 Day Cleanse and My Experience

The Isagenix 9 day cleanse is composed of 2 parts. Their are shake days and cleanse days. Cleanse days are composed of a liquid diet 4 times a day of their core product "Cleanse For Life." That and lots of water and some plants as well as some nuts. The shake days are comprised of meal replacement shakes as another of their core products the "IsaLean Shake", as well as a meal and frequent nibbles. The frequent meals and nibbles keep you from getting terribly hungry across the days.

The grounds is that your body will get all of the nourishment it needs through the right meals and products. Thus you will not be as starving and your constitution will stay ignited the entire day. Also, your body should be dumping all of the toxins that you have stopped taking in which stores the fat that will start to melt away. So where does the Isagenix 9 day cleanse start?

Days 1 and two are really shake days. Now, if you have been on the products for a bit you would skip these first two shake days and start right off with the cleanse. If you are new to the system you take two shake days to get your body chemically balanced before starting so as not to surprise your system too much. But even the shake days can give a little bit of a shock.

My first two shake days were pretty good as far as hunger goes. The problem I had was stopping the caffeine. Cold turkey for two days and no caffeine for a pair days before that. So my 2nd shake day I woke up with quite a headache. Thank Heavens I'm employed from the comfort of my home as a successful network marketing expert because that permitted me to just go back to bed. A day later everything was fine. I can't blame my caffeine withdrawal on the cleanse though.

So that the Isagenix 9 day cleanse goes like this : 2 shake days, then two cleanse days, followed by five shake days, and finally 2 last cleanse days. Across the eleven days I wasn't feeling deprived or starved. It was actually not that hard to maintain with the meals, shakes, or snacks every two hours.
Isagenix 9 Day Cleanse and My Experience

My biggest challenge during the Isagenix 9 day cleanse was actually the last two days. These were also cleanse days. My better half, two boys, and I went out of the town to go to her folks on the last weekend of the cleanse. That's hard. A liquid and snack diet with relatives who are awfully hospitable and need to invite you to eat everything. Even harder might just be the time sitting in an auto and driving for 5 or even more hours. You have a tendency to need to over snack. I am absolutely certain I'd have eaten a little better without the trip.

I do notice a higher energy level though. Customarily my other half and I trade on and off for drive time on the way there and back. This time I did all of the driving and was comfortable doing so. I never got tired or lethargic and drove the whole 10+ hours. I would have to attribute that to the Isagenix 9 day cleanse because I cannot remember the last time that occurred without trading off once or more with my lovely other half. I even made a comment about it to my dad when we got back.

So all in all the Isagenix 9 day cleanse was very good. Oh, and BTW, I lost 14 pounds and over eighteen inches off of my full body measurements. Not bad for 11 days. I am pretty excited with my results so far and have even entered into the Isabody challenge. Mathe ybe I'll go into more details in regards to what that is in another article. One thing I've not done that they recommend is to start working out. I needed to try and get true results as regards what the actual product was doing before I started working out. So I am going seven more days into the thirty day programme before I get my work out going. I don't need to wait much longer though because I'm needing to compete in the challenge. Wish me luck on that one, it seems like competition can be pretty stiff.

In summation; I finished the 11/nine day cleanse. I've got more energy and alertness. It is not too hard to control the food intake. While the product flavors are not very tempting, who wouldn't be ecstatic to lose 14 lbs and over 18 inches in just 11 days. So far I'm pleased with the Isagenix 9 day cleanse enough to jump directly into the 30 day and the Isabody challenge and to continue my Isagenix journey.
