Let's assume that you will spend at least two hours a day learning.
Day 1 and 2:
Go to studyspanish.com pronunciation lessons. Repeat every lesson at least three times and make sure that you know how to pronounce every Spanish sound.
Day 3 and 4:
Learn the most common Spanish expressions and phrases like "hello",, "thank you", "sorry", "what is the time", "where is the bank", "my name is", "can I have a tea please", "I don't know Spanish well" and so on. When you learn these phrases, you should be able to have a short conversation.
Day 5, 6, 7 and 8:

Day 12, 13, 14:
Listening skills! Find some interesting podcasts, watch some Spanish movies, TV, listen to radio, music. Get used to Spanish speakers.
