subject: Simple Overlooked Plant Can Cure Your Acneh [print this page]

One rather persuasive pitch involved pages and pages and thousands of words and scores of testimonials about our "overwhelmed" livers being the true villains in the universal acne saga. Logically, it seemed to make a lot of sense. However, in all those thousands of words, there was absolutely nothing to give a hint as to what sort of solution was being offered. To get rid of acne you can crush orange peel and mix it with normal water and apply the mixture on the affected area. You can also apply lemon juice to reduce pimples. Some people rub raw garlic on the affected area to reduce acne. You can grate cucumber and apply it on the affected area. Some people apply Fenugreek paste on the affected area before going to bed. In the morning they use warm water to wash their face.

I just want to give you this information, though. So, do you ever use this plant and take the advantage of methi to cure your acne? I don't really know how to use this plant. But, some sources that I believe to be accurate suggest that you should crush the leaves of fenugreek and apply the pulp to your acne before going to bed. They also said that you should keep the pulp overnight, and wash it in the morning. One tip is to practice have a change of fresh clothes as often as three to four times a day. Without doing so will cause ones clothes to collect dust, oil, and sweat that attract bacteria. It is even better if one showers before a change of clothes if situation permits. Don't bathe for more than three times a day though, unless having gone through strenuous exercise, for it will make the oil glands go on overdrive and cause the pores to get clogged.

Before using this remedy, I have a problem with the smell. Oh my god, the smell is so bad. However, I should try it. Before trying, I decided to search for more information about garlic. What the heck that makes garlic one of the effective remedies for acne? I was shocked to find out that this one little plant contains active sulphur, which no doubt can help repair the skin and cure acne. It's important to choose right fats, because the so called "good fats" are essential for you if you want to get a beautiful skin. You find these kinds of fat within cold pressed oils, soybeans, whole grains, seeds and oily fish. During my teenage years I had acne and tried what I thought was everything to get rid of it but nothing seemed to work.

I don't know what caused it, it could have been anything. Some said it was caused by eating excessive amounts of chocolate and candies, food additives, sweating, stress and a myriad of other things that may or may not have been the cause of my acne. During my time with ineffective home remedies, I began to have a countless amount of pimples all over my face. This meant that I had a lot of healing to do and the pimples were taking their sweet time to go away because I was not using an effective treatment. My infection had grown out of control. The toner was only mildly effective because I had severe acne, and I do not think these methods are meant for such a level of acne.
