Fort Cambridge development marketed in Shanghai

The Fort Cambridge residential development in Malta had been marketed in Shanghai as part of a marketing drive by the company GAP Developers.

The consortium said a series of successful meetings had been held with a number of large corporations, which resulted in interesting business leads. Delegations from China are expected to visit the island and the luxury property in Malta Fort Cambridge, in the coming months.

"With foreigners having already acquired over 50% of the available residences, this focused and well planned foreign marketing strategy has continued to increase demand from the four corners of the globe. This is a further testament to Fort Cambridge's overall qualities," said GAP Director Paul Attard.

The Fort Cambridge Project comprises 341 residential units of which 67% have already been sold. The development is now in its final stages and on target for completion by the second half of next year. Work is currenty focused on to the 13th floor of the east block, whereas the finishing of the south block has now reached the 9th floor.

Fort Cambridge comprises luxury apartments in Sliema, Malta. They were developed and designed to accommodate the Mediterranean lifestyle, bringing history and the modern standard together. Residential property, penthouses, duplexes and seafront apartments overlook the coast, with a wonderful view of the Mediterranean Sea.

Just a few corners away shops, restaurants, boutiques and complexes enrich the city life, making convenience and practicality at its best. Space and light were crucial factors considered while designing the property area at Fort Cambridge. Thus rooms are lit and spacious through large windows using recycled glass.

No wonder many foreigners are buying property in Malta. Such a development provides striking residency circumstances. Being a Special Designated Area, any foreigner may buy property at Fort Cambridge, hence the new target market in China.
