The first unit I got some quality aspects of production. Jumper switch pulling / tight, voltmeter test button illuminates when pressed, the radio tuner is not well tuned to the station, had a lot of noise ... 110V socket was loose inside. In a 2-pin connector is inserted, slide and socket or not connected, so no exercise equipment.
After an exchange unit ... The second unit appears to be exempt from these anomalies ... However, I still have yet to test how well an air pump and power jumper is the main reason I bought this unit ...
Thanks to the excellent service from Amazon to share! Unfortunately I could not say the same thing w / Shipping Department ... Both units were shipped in a box, which lacked the insulation package, the package move around in a shipping container during transport, causing the first unit of Manufacture. box to break open a second unit Manufacture. box a little deformed. Brighter place would be fine with a little insulation package, but heavier items such as this, much more needs to break the isolation packagaging have.
Give the second unit 4 stars for overall performance.

GOOD PRODUCT
Same as advertised, have not used it yet, found a very similar product (w/o radio or light) for half the price at Sams'. If you need the radio or light is it worth $50. extra? I thought it had a battery charger, but it does not.
Pretty decent
I would give it four stars but I had to ship mine for repair/replacement because the inverter did work upon arrival. Customer support responded within two days to an email and I was given good support from Wagan. I am currently awaiting the replacement.

We purchased this unit specifically because we own a Lexus RX 400h, which we love, and the battery in the car goes dead if we go away for 3 or 4 weeks, which we do twice a year at the least. We haven't had to use it yet, but we are confident it will do the job. We inspected it when it arrived, reviewed all the additional features it has for other situations, charged it up, and liked it a lot. We don't need it if the car is left at home, but we would need it if we left the car in an airport parking lot. We actually don't know exactly how many days the car's battery is good for, but this unit will be kept in the car. Lexus has a PLUG IN unit they can install for long idle situations, but that would not have resolved the airport parking lot problem. We are very comfortable now knowing that we would not have to call roadside assistance. We would never have imagined this problem prior to owning a hybrid and of course, the fact is that we must be unusual hybrid owners, as the dealership had not encountered this problem.
