subject: Contribute That Old Car To A Charitable Connecticut Car Donation Program And Help Rescue A Kid! [print this page]

It's a completely disturbing thoughtIt's a completely disturbing thought. At this present time, there just so happen to be several sick, malnourished, destitute, grief-stricken, and terrified youngsters staying on the hard streets of Connecticut. These poor girls and boys are on our streets, exposed, unkempt, crushed, and outrageously discouraged. Perhaps they're even embracing suicide as a way out.

Many of these kids eat out of public refuse, while an even greater amount of them are addicted to hard drugs including methamphetamines, crack, and heroin.

I hope you know that it is by no means the intention of this article to promote feelings of guilt or shame similar to a lot of those night time t.v. charity commercials (not to say their purposes don't happen to be just), rather it's actually to help you in noticing what is indeed under way out there in the trenches, as well as to prompt you to act by telling you pertaining to truly extraordinary programs that you may or may not know of.

Understanding honestly is a magnificent thing, and I am simply working to give you a small amount of information which can sincerely empower us to do something for the future of those suffering local children. Not only that, but there are a lot of cool things in this for you, as well! And this isn't only limited to the the spiritual joy that perpetually shows up any time you give selflessly, but also a monetary thank-you gift. We will get to that in a few.

Before we get into that, however, I would like to tug on your heart strings just a little more. (I guess I'm kind of mean like that!) But seriously.... Please try the following exercise...

This won't be remotely comfortable, yet it can be so powerful that I dare not bypass it. If you would, please just imagine your own son or daughter (or grandchild, niece, nephew, etc.) shivering on a downtown sidewalk. This child is covered in dirt and scabs, doesn't seem to trust a soul, and looks totally hollow inside. Perhaps your baby is sickened by the AIDS virus or hepatitis as a result of sharing needles during a fix. Even worse, it could be that your child is being traded for drugs or money. Look into this child's eyes. Do you see the agony, desperation, loneliness, and hollowness? What about the sheer frightfulness? Does your kid have a positive outlook on the future? Will he or she still even be around to witness the future?

When I imagine my own child in this position, it has me holding back tears. It sincerely does. And I'm certain you can identify when I tell you that I would do literally everything I was capable of doing to take my kid out of that nightmarish existence without a second of hesititation! Not in a million years would I allow that to go on.

The tragic reality is that there honestly are children living this nightmare, and they have nobody to come and save them from this cruel existence. Their parents may be dead, or incarcerated, or overtaken by their drug addictions. There doesn't seem to be any real hope for these young outcasts. And still you and I have the power to put an end to their suffering today.

Alright, alright! So what the heck can I do about it?

This happens to be the $25,000 question. In all actuality the answer is amazingly simple. Ready for it? Give your unwanted automobile to your local car donation organization as soon as you're able to do so. Because of your contribution, the charitable program will be enabled to make a tremendous difference in these kids' lives.

So what's in it for me?

It honestly bewilders me the number of men and women who assume that they should feel embarrassed for expecting some type of reimbursement for their car. The reality is that there is definitely nothing at all immoral about seeking out something for yourself. Besides, we're discussing your automobile here. You should be compensated!

For this reason, you get financial compensation, not in the form of currency from the car donation charity, but instead, as a massive tax deduction from the government. This deduction is, in many cases, worth even more than the car being donated! This is just another reason that donating your old vehicle to an automobile donation program is great for all.
