Who Doesn't Want Fuller Lips?

Read the following suggestions below to create and maintain fuller lips.

1) Keeping hydrated is essential to keep your lips looking full and healthy. Drink between 6 and 8 glasses every day. Most of you will remember times when you've been super thirsty and your lips became chapped. When you become thirsty, your body starts slowly depriving non life-essential body parts of moisture -- your lips, skin, nasal passages, will all be the first areas to be starved of moisture.

2) Apply a quality lip plumper on your path to fuller lips. Once or twice a day apply a lip plumping gloss to keep your lips conditioned. Before bed, when you wake up in the morning and also at lunch time if you can fit it in. Many women prefer to use a hydrating plumper before bed and a plumper that increases blood flow during the day. After you apply the product, focusing on opening your mouth as wide as you can, then closing it, then keep repeating -- this will encourage blood to migrate to the area.

3) Brush your lips. When you brush your teeth, brush your lips also. It's a great idea to follow up with a lip plumper to hydrate and get the blood rushing to your lips.

4) You can also use a lip pump to get fuller lips. These devices definitely make your lips more plump, but need to be used with caution, so as not to overdue it. Using them for too long, or under too much pressure will lead to blisters and burst capillaries.

Surgery?

Surgery or other medically supervised procedures such as lip injections are quite safe these days, but they do come at more of an expense. Try over the counter products first and see if you're happy with the results before considering other options.
