Another reason for building a strong team is that prospects are generally more excited about joining at team rather than just following a leader. They believe that if the group has MLM success then they will have MLM success. They will also feel that as part of a team, they can make contributions earlier than if they were working independently. That sense of community and belonging is a very powerful social force and you can harness that power to build your business. Having a diverse team will also allow you to divide the work amongst the team members and allow each person to focus more on the areas where they are stronger. This will allow the group to have a lot more success together then as individuals. Specialization and division of labor are two of the most critical concepts that allowed our society to develop to where we are today.
