subject: Party Animals [print this page] Every year I organise a little girly get together at my house. Its my way of staying in touch with my friends and making sure we never lose contact. Each year I have a theme and they have to stick to it or they are not invited. This year Im thinking I want an animal theme, so all I have to do is write it on the invitation card that I hand make myself with all the little personal touches.
I have to do the food shopping as well as the other little bits for the house which relate to my theme. Like every year we plan to spoil our self with unhealthy food and lots of chocolate, its the only day that we are allowed to let the little girl within us to come out.
To keep my theme going, I bought animal masks, animal shaped biscuits, animal printed paper cups and paper plates. Everything I bought is somehow related to animals, I also bought little stuffed animals as gifts, and I like to give them something to remind them of our day.
While shopping for my party I came across some lovely Casio Baby G Watches and decided I just had to have one. I didnt think twice, just went in and asked the salesman to pack the pink before I change my mind. Now with the food and theme shopping out the way, I need to find my outfit that I have to wear and I havent even chosen which animal I want to be.
I Finally decided which animal I want to dress up as, so now all I have to do is find it, and Im running out of time as I still have to go home set everything up and decorate my house with all my little animal accessories.
