These big names make Beverly Hills what it is, the center of riches and luxury as well. The real estate industry in the area ranks incredibly high and home prices average about $3 million.

Another reason that Beverly Hills is such a desirable area is because of the climate. The temperatures hover around 64 degrees during the winter and 85 in the summer. The rainy season goes from October to May and the area gets about 18 inches each year with most of it falling between these two months. The climate is incredibly desirable especially because of the low humidity too.

You might be considering the move to Beverly Hills yourself and it could be a good idea as long as you take all the factors into consideration about the area and the moving process as well.
