There are rumors going on that Justin Bieber was inspired to write this song either by Selena Gomez or Jasmin Villegas whom had been linked to Justin Bieber in the past.
Justin Bieber included a similar scene he had gone through together with Jasmin Villegas when both of them were spotted getting along very well on a boat in Hawaii in the track.
"I was on the beach, yeah / I was on vacation / I was doing nothing / I was just sittin' patient / Then you walked by," Bieber sings. "You caught my eye / I said, 'Who's this girl? There is currently no official news when the track will be released officially or whether the track will be featured in a new album from Justin Bieber. On the other hand, he did mention there might be a huge possibility that there would be collaborations with multiple artist for the upcoming album.
MTV reported sometime back that the album might be released somewhere around the forth quarter of next year but no official statement had been made to the press. Apparently, rapper Drake will be featured in the album. MTV also added that they will continue to inquire whether that Lil' Wayne might be working together with him releasing a track.
