MLM programs, also known as Multi Level Marketing and network marketing, are membership programs, that allow their members to earn commission off products sold, and from people they recruit to the program. How You Make Money From MLM
When you sign up for an MLM program, you will invariably pay a membership or training fee. Some programs call them different things, but they're pretty much standard for all the MLM programs out there.
Once you're a member of the program, you can start selling their products or services directly, to friends and family, or through your site or blog. You can also start recruiting members to your down line.' Once you have people in your down line, you may be paid a portion of their membership fee, or you might get that, and a percentage of their future earnings.
Is It Worth It?
Generally speaking although there are exceptions the real money in MLM programs isn't in selling the product. You might make a little money that way, but the majority of your earnings will come from recruiting other people to join the program.
It is possible to make a lot of money from MLM programs, if you choose the right one, if you're good at recruiting, and if you're willing to put the time in. It's never easy to tell which are the good programs though, and if you don't put in a lot of effort at least while you're starting out you may find that your membership fee is wasted.
In my opinion, there are better ways to make money online than MLM, but if you're dedicated, you research the program you're joining carefully, and you can recruit people to join you, then you should do okay making money online this way.
