By now you've probably heard the hype surrounding the launch of the new Authority Pro Wordpress Theme Engine by Alex Goad and Bryan McConnahea. I generally don't get too excited about new software launches because so many tend to come out with bugs and under-deliver on their promises. In name, Authority Pro is called a "Theme Engine" because it is installed like a simple Wordpress theme. However, once that is done you will realize just how much more there is to it. In fact, I've been steadily switching over all my niche authority sites to Authority Pro, often getting rid of 20 or more plugins, widgets, and themes, because this software comes with all of that out of the box.
That's right, I'm running websites with nothing more than Wordpress and Authority Pro installed, and they are garnering more traffic and converting better than I ever thought possible. And what really blows my mind is that it all took about 15-20 minutes to get up and running, where I had previously spent hours and hours tinkering with plugins trying to get them all to work with each other, often a very tedious and frustrating process.
