Sex obviously is an issue seldom preached on pulpit, in fact some believers disdain talking about it in order to avoid lust, guide their mouth from iniquity and prevent their hearts from conceiving carnality (funny i think). As a result, a generality of people , in the quest to know more about sex resort to pornography codified in tapes, magazines, television shows, videos, books e.t.c.I wont give you statistics as to the percentage of youths involved in this, instead i will request that you kindly look around and observe for yourself the increase in the consumption and sales of pornographic publication and materials to satisfy the dare-need of people for sexual education.Regrettably, even some believers so called, have been caught in this web.This is why i deem it fit to raise this issue with the sincerely believe that it will correct the improper perception and transform the core-knowledge of everyone who reads this column especially adult youths who are in the prime of their lives.Now, i have on several occasions thought to myself and sometimes asked God, why He created sex, why He gave man such a real and strong sexual urge that a man who denies not to have some could be regarded as either lying or actually impotent. Indeed, even spiritual Men have sexual urge (sometimes stronger than normal men). Hence, what was the intent of God for the divine concept of 'sex'? My thought and questions resulted in the following findings; I will only share two of them in this edition and keep the rest for subsequent editions:Firstly, 'sex' remains the greatest way to facilitate union and fellowship between a male and a female. Meaning, the highest form intimacy and concord that could exist between two humans (male and female) is through sexual intercourse. (i know someone will say spiritual intimacy is the greatest,but let me tell you that sexual intercourse involve first, the spirit, then the soul and the body, all together as once).
When on a beautiful honeymoon just after the wedding, two virgin decide to make love lawfully in line with God's concept, and fellowship together within the confines of marriage, there is the exchange of discharged bodily substances, emotions, strength, words e.t.c. . In addition, the breaking of the female's hymen results in the release of blood symbolizing that the lady in question is really a virgin and as a result the man partakes in that blood therefore both truly become one Bone and one Flesh just as God intended.Comprehending the above insight gives you the understanding that this concept is actually designed to be explored and enjoyed in the confines of marriage as earlier stated. Therefore, having blood exchange with a woman or with women, and in case the women, having blood exchange with a man or with men which symbolizes having the deepest form of intimacy with just anybody and sharing a part of yourself with so many people is wholesomely destructive, very dangerous and most undesirable in the kingdom. Why allow your strength to be wasting on the street? Please, drink only from your own cistern. Again, I repeat, Why dispense your strength, emotions, body e.t.c. on someone you do not desire intimacy with within the confines of marriage? Why make yourself so cheap, so common so easy to get and of such a low value before men, when you are actually God's treasured possession?he second intent of God for 'sex' which i will like to share with you is that sex is one of the major ways of creating, re-creating, reviving and giving life to a marriage.Earlier i explained and now want to say emphatically that on there is sexual intercourse between two people; heaven recognizes it as the greatest union on earth. This first union between two married couples consolidates and consummates the marriage. Therefore, anyone who has been involved severally and unlawfully in this divine concept outside the confines of marriage has unconsciously created and consummated several marital relationship as far as heaven is concerned. Suffice it to say that you are a husband to as many woman you have slept with and for women, you are a wife to as many men you have slept with.(I know you don't like this, but I cant help it, I just have to tell you the truth). You are simply giving life to unhealthy and ungodly unions which obviously God detest and abhor in its totality. Well I'm convinced that you are interested in pleasing God and becoming a better person, if not you wont be reading this article in the first place, so i beg you to change your thinking and effect all the necessary moral changes needful in your life so that once more you will be truly working in line with God's will for your life as expressed below:It is God's will that you should be sanctified: That you should avoid sexual immorality, 1 Thessalonians 4:3'There is much more to say however let me conclude by saying that it is needful to make a commitment never to make a divine concept like sex, unholy, and even if you have done it before,decide to decease from further doing so.
