As part of the agreement, management of Kalkan Property for Sale based in Kalkan, Turkey will stay in place, overseeing property development, property management and after sale services such as rentals & maintenance contracts, and Place Overseas will strengthen their sales force based in Kalkan in order to cater for increased volume of visitors, mainly from the UK and Nordic countries.
