Exercise: Performing a physical activity or exercising for at least 30 minutes can cut down the chances of developing prostate problems by 10 to 30 percent. Prostate cancer is caused by uncontrolled hormone levels and physical activities can help stabilize it.

Kegel exercises: Improve your blood flow to your prostate and urogenital organs by doing Kegel exercise work outs at least 5 to 6 times a day. Kegel exercise is performed by pulling up the muscles around the scrotum area and then releasing it.

Follow regular check-ups: Go for screening test at least once a year if you are over the age of 40 as the earlier you begin screening the better the chance of fighting the disease.
