Irregular palpitations and high heart beat are also prior symptoms of an acute heart condition. Some people might feel dizzy and unusual sweating. These symptoms can last long which would alarm you of developing a heart disease.
Heart diseases can be avoided when you maintain the rate of blood pressure through a proper exercise and medication, lowering your cholesterol with a proper diet control, and keeping away from smoking can be the best methodologies to prevent yourself from developing a heart disease.
