Harbhajan Did not make any magic with his ball this match but he answered with this bat. Harbhajan made a superb knock in his cricket life scoring his maiden ton and total of 184 runs (69 and 115*).

Dhoni: VVS and Bhajji bailed us out and helped us draw this Test. It was difficult to get wickets, the ball was not turning much and the seamers also didn't get the zip off the track as well. The outfield was lush green so even the reverse swing was out of the question. I was having a chat with Bhajji last night and I told him that this one innings of his could be the most crucial in the series as we always knew VVS would do well. Hopefully the wicket at Hyderabad would have more bounce and spin. We tried our best to make this game interesting, looking forward to the next match.
Vettori: A lot of positives to take out of this Test match on a tough wicket. Williamson and Ryder were fantastic with a bat, and a spell from Martin yesterday gave us a chance to win, but unfortunately we couldn't do that. It was always going to be tough with just 3 bowlers, we wanted to make the most in the first session but Laxman and Harbhajan took the chance of a win away from us by batting superbly. I think it is important for us to continue from this, India will come hard at us so we have to improve to give us a chance.

Harbhajan: Kaafi Mazaa aaya batting karne me! The other day VVS and Ishant batted well to win the game, today I wanted to stay at the crease and support Laxman. I got the hundred only because of him. I have never dreamt of a Test hundred, I need to thank Sachin and Viru. Everyone told me that I had it in me to score a hundred, hope I didn't disappoint them today. I wanted to bat normally, the wicket was slow so I had to just go out and make sure that I backed myself and not play silly shots. Laxman encouraged me throughout, it was great to have him at the crease. All my team mates were very happy when I went into Tea, my hands were a little sore so I couldn't celebrate, more than my hundred I was satisfied that we saved the game.
