Boston Market Creamed Spinach Ingredients

-1/4 teaspoon salt

-1 cup half and half cream

-4 oz. cream cheese -2 tablespoons minced onion

-1 tablespoon minced garlic

-5 tablespoons butter or margarine

-1/4 cup all-purpose flour

-2 10 oz.boxes frozen chopped spinach thawed

-1/4 cup water

-1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Boston Market Creamed Spinach Directions:

1. In a saucepan over medium heat melt 3 tablespoons butter.

2. Stir flour & salt into saucepan until creamed together.

3. Slowly stir in cream

4. Stir in cream cheese

5. Increase heat to medium.

6. Constantly whisk until mixture becomes thick and smooth.

7. Remove from heat and set aside.

8. In a saucepan over medium-high heat, saut onions and garlic in remaining butter until transparent.

9. Add spinach and water to pan.

10. Reduce heat to low and cover cover.

11. Cook, stirring occasionally, for 8 minutes.

12. Stir prepared sauce and Parmesan into pan

13. stir until completely blended.
