Rightful education of nutritional intake, physical and mental activity will lead to rightful understanding of biological determination of each species including humans, thus preserving what Nature has given to us. Once the tolerance has shifted, thus the change of oxidation has happened, dosage dependence is in place. Proper nutrition will provide every necessary element for your body to function properly. Self destruction imposed by system that cares no more for beings than for profit of unknown origin.
