Self Awareness Course 86 - I Am

The following is a poem called I Am that I would like to invite you to reflect upon as a meditation while you are reading.

I am

I am the sense of I am

and that which is pondering its meaning.

I am the volition to think it and the source from which it can.

I am that which seeks itself,

the seeking and that which is sought.

I am that which is calling you to listen,

I am the listening.

I am all that exists

and that which provides for existence to exist.

I am what existed prior to existence

and what remains after existence is existence.

I am that which is conscious of my own consciousness

and aware of my own awareness.

I am the observer

and the one observing the observer.

I am that which was before the beginning and after the end.

I am the medium to which time arises.

I never was notable be,

time is a thought that I dreamt about.

I am that which wrote these words for you to read and hear.

Knowing that you would hear them

and then created this situation for you to hear them

and what is hearing them in this moment that youre hearing them.

I am that which is reflecting on this in this moment.

I am you and you are me,

we are

and it is.
