Ok, so you have decided to visit the Holy land, here's a list of five MUST places:
- Jerusalem is an Obvious starting point for any visit to Israel . Besides of walking through the Jewish, Islamic and Christian quarters there's stark and intricate beauty at almost every turn. Simply wander the narrow walkways of the Old City where you are sure to discover sights that can not be found anywhere else.
- The Dead Sea is a very famous tourist destination and is worth a visit simply to go for a swim to see whether you can sink below the surface. The Dead Sea offers many sorts of mineral treatments, and lot's of historical stories.
- Akko or Acre, is a world Heritage rated city on the edge of the Mediterranean Sea. It is a small stone walled fortress which you can wander through. The beautiful stone houses still remain and you will find them still inhabited by artists and fishermen rather than having been converted into trendy cafes. The common food in Akko is Fish meals or the national dish the "Humus".
- Haifa is a city wtich located on the slopes of Mountain Carmel. There's only needed a couple of days for covering the important places. This is Israel's third-largest city and was once a trendy German colony but is now a home of the Baha'i Faith. You can visit the Shrine of the Bab, the tomb of the Baha'i prophet. Also you can see one of the biggest ports in israel from the hights of the Carmel Mountain,
- The Beaches in Tel Aviv, Natania or Caesarea and very popular destination for both local and tourist visitors. You can find clean and clear water and sent, cafes, bars and restaurants.

Don't forget to bring:
Long shorts, skirts, long- and short-sleeved T-shirts, khakis, button-down shirts, sunglasses and a hat for visits between May and September,
Bring a jacket, a few sweaters and long pants for visits between October and April,
Pack comfortable walking shoes or sandals for sight-seeing and put sunscreen in your bag in case you have the opportunity to visit an Israeli beach.
