for you to prepare for running is - Go slow! Most people cannot run for a
mile without stopping because they go way to fast!!!. Trot along, go slow,
deep breaths... and reach for that first mile and that first run.

Include physical activity into your overall move more game plan - you may be
surprised how much you DONT move throughout a week. So, incorporate a
bundle of activities into your month - laser tag once a month, dancing,
weekend doubles match, driving range, walk to the market. All these things
can be forms of entertainment and replace the movie, video game or lounging
on the sofa time.
