Stay active. There is no better way than staying physically active to use up those extra hormones. I have found for me that the best thing to do is go running. The harder the run the better. Not all of us can just go running though. So, pick something that fits into your lifestyle (and your physically able to do). Also, more you enjoy what it is the easier you'll be able to stick with it. So, pick up something that you can look forward to doing, whether its with friends or by yourself. This is a great natural back acne treatment and will also help give you a healthier glow and better looking complexion all around.
Relieve the stress. Stress kills, and it can also give us more acne. So try to cut out any activities that stress you out excessively or find something to do at the end of the day to unwind.
Eat for your life. The food we eat doesn't only effect our health, but the health of our complexion. Consider cutting out the greasy foods, or atleast cutting back on them. Sugars are tasty, but in excess can be harmful. Not trying to be a kill joy here, just trying to help you get rid of those nasty pimples.
Drink plenty of water. Not only does water clean out our system, it keeps our skin moisturized adding to a healthier look and feel to your skin. Drink water throughout the day and even though 8 glasses is recommended, keep in mind that 8 glasses is the minimum.
These are just a few simple things that you can use as a natural back acne treatment, and should be done for your overall health. Getting rid of acne is definitely not an overnight task, but if you stick with it, can be done.
