TrueStar Group S.p.A. is an international airport services operator. In particular, the Group offers a complete range of comprehensive passenger assistance services and provides luggage wrapping and protection services at airports.

The origins of the Group date back to the end of the 1990s, when Fabio Talin, a former racing pilot, conceived a new travel luggage protection system. The SecureBag Engenharia Internacional and its subsidiary SecureBag Italia were established in order to ensure the protection and security of passengers and their luggage.
Today, TrueStar, chaired by Fabio Talin, currently has a concession at 33 airports in 13 countries located on three continents with over 100 sales sites.
The TrueStar Group mission is to provide complementary and synergic services by offering comprehensive solutions from a simple, dynamic and technological platform that ensure the protection and security of passengers and their luggage with the highest quality standards.
In 2009 TrueStar Group generated a total sale volume - in terms of wrappings of about 3,5 millions of pieces of wrapped luggages, becoming world leader in this field, with a turnover of about 23,5 million euros, an EBITDA of about 4,3 million and a net profit of 2 million euros.
Today TrueStar is an evolving young and dynamic group that aims to increase its human resources in order to offer improved products and services, to meet the needs of airport clients. Currently the Group relies on over 500 employees from different countries and cultures, who are continuosly trained and updated to offer an increasingly efficient and on time service.
