December is right around the corner and that means the World of Warcraft Cataclysm expansion is almost here! If you are like most players you'll be surfing message boards, blogs, and other posts trying to prepare the best you can for the newest patch, but you need to know some things before you jump into the re-made Azeroth for the first time. 1. Gold - The first step is get some gold in you pockets because this expansion will be a little pricey. You'll need to have a decent sized stash on hand because items will have a retarded markup on the price. If you think your professions need to be upgraded, you need gear, or you need regular items for common stuff, you will definitely need lots of gold on hand. Think of what you want to do, map out your plans (step 3) and set aside plenty of gold for each so you will have more then enough for each when the time comes.
2. Equipment - The second step in this WoW expansion gold and game guide is identifying you priority's. Going up in levels is kinda easy, but what happens when you hit level 85 and want to hit up a dungeon, or when level 30, 40, or 50 creeps up and you have a new Worgen? What are you going to do to keep up the leveling speed? Are the items you need on hand, or are there some things you going to need? The faster you have a solid plan and what you think you'll need to get it done, the faster you will get those things before you get slapped in the face with the new expansion.

Make sure you know what you need and have the resources to get them when the time comes for you to jump into the new content.
