Many people start off with cardio, and end up wanting more of a challenge and go towards something more intense like strength training. It all depends on you, and what type of body you want to have. If you want to stay in shape, then cardio is the way to go. If you prefer to have a more toned, lean cut body, then strength training will probably be better for you.
