Everybody has dream, some even have many dreams. Some dreams are dreams that will never come true while some can be realized through your hard-working. What's more, we had different dreams in different period. It is a hard and happy process. Life is a journey of chasing dreams. Here I want to show you my long way of chasing dreams.
When I was a child, I dreamed of becoming a bird, flying in the endless diamond sky freely. Once upon a time, I even prayed God for a long time, hoping god could help me realize my dream. However, she never agreed and my dream slowly disappeared as time went by. However, we could fly in the sky by taking plane, enjoying the blue sky and white cloud though the window. This is really a comfort for me. Human created this miracle, do not they? Dreams in childhood are always innocent and alert. They could think randomly.
When I was in my high school, my dream was entering a key university and finding a good job after graduation, which was also my parent's expectation for me. In order to make it come true, I studied very hard. There were countless nights that I stayed up for study. I could remember how exciting I feel when I got an answer to a hard mathematic problem. And I also remember how satisfied when I could recite a whole passage in the front of my whole classes. I studied day and night yet tireless.
However, my dream did not come true. I entered a second class college, which was also fantastic for me. I opened my eyes widely. I made many friends who were from different places. We shared common interested, learned different customs and cultures. We had ever appointed to go foreign for further studying together, which did not come true until we graduated. Yet we are still striving for it.
I fell in love with the huge library where I could even stay for a whole day so that I could immerse in a sea of books. And what I learned in the library is still benefiting me now. What's more, I fell in love writing since then, and I have been keeping my habit since then. I had my own income by doing various part-time jobs such as family tutor, restaurant waitress and so on. We also were taught various skills, one of which was how to use computer efficiently. Since then, we began our shopping from virtual world. The first thing I bought was Bluetooth stereo headset, which was very cheap and good to use.
One of most important things was that we began to think about life deeply. We tried to figure out what should we do in the future. Should we prepare for further study or should we just go to the society to find a job, and then lead a different life.
We also felt the cruelty of departure. We had been together for four years yet we had to face it. In order to cherish the last moment we could be together, we took part in endless parties, drank bottles of beer. As for college students, departure may mean farewell. College was over in a very short time.
Now I am just an office worker, working eight hours a day and five days a week. I am still writing in my spare time just for the sake of habit. My current dream is working hard to accumulate my first barrel of gold. And then start my own company one day.
