Outsourcing in my experience has been the best thing that I have ever done in my internet business. It allows me to hire people for cheap and also hire people for tasks that I simply do not want to do. Like backlinks, article writing, basic SEO, etc. All of these things can easily be outsourced, and you should think about doing it.
I currently have about 6 people working for me, and they work hard. They do all of my profile linking, my articles, and even my logos and banners. Basically, everything that doesn't require my expertise, I outsource. So why should you.
If you haven't started outsourcing yet, I highly recommend that you do so but only if you already know your system.
For instance, if you don't know how to do keyword research, don't outsource it. Learn how to do it first, and then teach your contractors. This will you just as much as it will help your employee. Here are a few more tips.
1) Always figure out a system before you outsource. This will save you time
2) Always interview more than one person when you are outsourcing. It's just like a real job
3) Don't always go for the lowest price. Not worth the hassle you will have later on.
4) Always try to teach your contracts what you want done in a video or over a skype conversion
5) Be firm and don't give out any personal information.
6) Be nice to your team. Increase their pay, increase rewards, give them a bonus.
