When needed even the anxiety test gives out the causes for it. There is either a 'yes' or 'no' to the questions available in the form. The main idea of asking these questions is to identify if any of the stress has been persistent for over six months without respite. In this way one gets to know the physical and distressful condition that has led to anxiety.

Even anxiety can get to the stage of depression or both together. This is a tough ailment. At the onset one cannot differentiate between mild depression and anxiety and surfaces only when it becomes severe. This really creates a lot of problem in future. Such patients must be given immediate attention.
