Sometimes you have to peel back the layers before you can see how tough you are, you have to strip away the lies to see how precious you are and you have to unwrap the insecurities to see how beautiful you are. So are you ready to peel, strip and unwrap? I sure hope so
Peel away anything that says you are too weak, keep peeling until you find that tough spot. You know the spot I am talking about it comes right after G, we are talking about the H spot. It notates hardness, it is solid firm and always ready for action. That is where you mind has to be in order to conquer the part of you that doesn't want to eat correctly or train.
Strip way those lies that whisper, you are not worth it. Face it people you are valuable and precious, act like it and safeguard your health and your body. Live your dreams.
Unwrap, and untangle all those insecurities, sure you will fail, we all do, get back up, there are no flawless people, so stop waiting for perfection. Stop worrying about what other people think or say, live your best life. Focus on what you can do and then do it with a passion.
Be true to yourself, stop trying to be some second rate copy, you are a beautiful original, display the brilliance of you everywhere you go.
