There you go .They want recognition, which is a renowned non-cash incentive. Be generous .Currencies sometimes lose their credibility before a "well done" or "great job" sort of tokens. When there is "The Performer of the Year award" set at the year end, who can stop working towards to become the star. The positive vibes in the office environment, rewards, room for further growth, flexibility and so on, are some of the non cash incentive elements that make folks content and these are proved to be an excellent path to motivation .

When the employees are contented with the job they are doing, and the environment in which they are working is capable of amplifying their self esteem, they start loving to work towards the organizational goal. No one can stop them from being more productive, when they have the passion for the organization .There they go. Then why seek any extra strategy to keep them motivated? When an enterprise is enriched with motivated employees, no power on earth can stop it from being the best.
