Sometime between midnight April 17 and 7:30 a.m. April 18, one of two parking-pass-dispensing machines at the park was damaged and the electronic storage device stolen, taking with it 2 1/2 weeks of credit-card information, from transactions dating back to April 1 - Card Embosser . Penner was unable to provide detailed information on what personal information the parking machine holds or whether it is encrypted, but believes the machine only collected credit-card numbers, not names, which would limit a criminal's ability to make purchases with them.
