Challenge: A leading multinational company (MNC) has an exhaustive policy on Environment, Health and Safety. This was a dry and difficult to understand policy. There was a strong need to make is easy to understand as well interesting to the audience. The subject matter expert had very little time to devote to the module. There was also a need for certification of the employees.
Solution: Enhance gave an integrated solution. It consists of 2 parts. These consists of

1. The online course
Enhance first restructured the content to make it flow and build on the necessary knowledge. There was a need to make the subject very interesting and covert the often legal knowledge to simple instructionally sound content. Various exercises, interactions and cases were added to enhance interest and make sure the necessary knowledge was captured and retained.
The design was such that all group companies could understand and use the policy effectively. The easy to understand flow was well accepted by the MNC.
Employees took the course online.
2. The online certification
Enhance had a certification system with the e learning LMS. Enhance decoupled the same and provided a stand alone certification system. After some customization the employees could take the course on the European LMS and come to the Indian server for the certification. In time many certifications could be taken by the employees and administrators could be any where in the country. It has been already used for the first certification initiative for EHS
Thus with very little administration and costs the EHS requirements and certification was carried out.
