And when it comes to body language to attract women, you only have to keep one word in mind: confidence. This is radiate in every possible way to you could think of the way you stand, the way you walk, the way sit, and the way that you keep your eye contact.

Almost, if not all, of the attractive men in the world stand in the same position: the contra balance position. The contra-puntal position, or the counter-balance position is one of the best body language to attract women. This is a way of standing where you make only one foot as your center of gravity; think of the way the Michelangelo's David stands. This way of standing expresses confidence because it tells everyone that you feel comfortable in your surrounding.

The steepling of the fingers of the hands is another body language to attract women. Making one's hands steeple is a non-verbal expression of drawing boundaries, thus, it commands respect.

When sitting down, be sure that you relax your body, especially your chest and your shoulders. Much like the contra-postal position, you also radiate confidence when sit with a relaxed upper body because it is an expression of comfort in your surroundings.

Eye contact is perhaps the most reliable measurement of confidence, not only as an attractive man, but also as a human being eye contact is also a body language to attract women. When you talk to people be sure that you maintain eye contact, but not to the point that the person you are talking to begins to feel intimidated or annoyed; eye contact that lasts for about 3 seconds every now and then is good enough to express confidence.

Although using these gestures may increase your own attractiveness to women, being truthfully confident in yourself is still what makes your own body language a natural expression of confidence. This confidence is not a baseless confidence; it must be formed out of the realization of one's own potential; and an acceptance of what one can do and what one cannot do.
