This is a bit of a trade of distance for space. It is a bit farther from the beach and downtown (still an easy bike ride, though) but includes more living space and 2 bedrooms. For those who prefer quiet privacy to the convenience of downtown, Playacar is ideal, as an upscale gated community. There is a bike trail and plenty of trees for shade, as well as green areas. This condo is also right next to the golf course!
3. Preconstruction in Puerto Aventuras
These condos are the best price available for a new property in Puerto Aventuras. Puerto Aventuras is larger gated community about 30 minutes south of town. While it is farther away, it has developed into a complete community in itself, with a mall, a shopping area, restaurants, a marina, a golf course, and even a school. There is also an area to swim with dolphins, or just relax and enjoy watching them. These condos are next to the golf course, and within easy walking distance to all the amenities. There is a common yard area, and a pool.
The community has proven ideal for retirees and vacationers who spend only part of the year in their condo and rent it out to other vacationers to enjoy an income.
