Factory Five customer Jud Shutts from Hollister, CA has been attracting a ton of attention with his well built black on black street GTM.
Number One Featured Vehicle SEMA 2009
Jud brought the car to the 2009 SEMA Show where show officials selected the car for the top spot of all featured vehicles. For those of you who have not been to SEMA, that may not sound so impressive. To give you an idea of just how big that honor was, SEMA typically showcases the very finest custom vehicles on the entire planet each year. This year, the show accepted 576 featured vehicles that were positioned all around the massive show. Jud's GTM was picked number one of all of these entries and was placed at the entrance to the main exhibition hall. That recognition is simply amazing.
First Place Late Model GoodGuys Pleasanton
Only two weeks later at one of the largest GoodGuys shows of the year, Jud's stunning black GTM was the first car in the GoodGuys winner circle earning Best Late Model, beating ALL late model Vettes, Mustangs, Vipers, etc. Any of you who have attended GoodGuys shows, especially the national size events like Pleasanton can testify to the magnitude of this accomplishment.
GTM to Headline L.A. Auto Show
In only a few weeks, this award winning car will be headlining the L.A. Auto Show, representing Factory Five Racing in the Capstone Turbine booth. The boys from Capstone Turbines will be displaying a remarkable turbine-electric-hybrid-GTM built and owned by another FFR customer (the senior development VP at Electronic Arts in California).
Huge thanks from the entire crew at Factory Five to Jud for his hard work helping us setup at SEMA this year. Big congratulations on all the current accolades.
