When you grow taller or get taller it's such a feeling of reward and accomplishment you feel like you can do anything after that. One is the cobra stretch in which you start by laying on your belly, hands on your sides, legs straight flat. Now slowly raise your head pointing with your nose to the ceiling, using your hands to push up, inhaling as you go up. Stay peaked for 2-3 seconds, then slowly back down, exhaling as you go down. Do this stretching exercise for a good 2 minutes, it really relaxes your back afterwards, which helps lengthen your torso.

Another, the cat stretch in which you begin by getting on all fours (knees and hands on floor, cat position). Now arch your back and slightly raise your head, inhaling and holding it for 3 seconds, then release, this helps with regulating energy in your upper body. Do this stretching exercise for about 3 minutes.

Here is a third you can do called the backbend stretch. This one is great for lengthening your torso as well. Lay on your back with your legs up and feet on the ground as if you are going to do a sit up. Take your hands and put them on the ground beside your head, then just raise slowly, inhaling as you go, then release after 3 seconds. This is a very exhilarating stretch, do this for 2-3 minutes.
