Training Update
Having been told previously I had the body of a 90 year old, I was determined to do something about it and showmy personal trainer that I could get fitter and reduce my age by at least 20 years.
Having completed my usual session with my cardiff personal trainer, I practiced everything he had shown me throughout the week, in the comfort and seclusion of my own home, and weight training in my local gym. Slowly I was getting more and more confident that I wasn't struggling as much, and was lunging further, thus putting everything Sam had told me into practice.
With less than my usual level of fear I arrived to see my cardiff personal trainer for my training session; within 10 minutes I had realised that my personal trainer had upped the anti and was pushing me further than he has done before on my arms and legs. Drawing on his knowledge of physiology and rehabilitation he has determined that a lot of my back pain is due to my left side not being as strong as my right side. Through a number of different moves that pushed me to my limit of fitness (though in fairness my back was holding out) The personal trainer who owns his own Cardiff Personal Training Company and Cardiff Gym highlighted a lower ability in my left leg over my right. He also worked my arms more than they have been worked for ages. Just as I thought I was going to collapse, the session was over for another week. With the last of my breath, agreed to continue practicing throughout the week and arranged another session with at the Cardiff Gym.
The next morning, anticipating having a very sore back and aching all over, I was surprised when I got up without even a twinge. Everything was going fantastically well until I got in the car to drive to work and realised my upper arms and thighs felt like they were wearing lead weights. Hmm is exercise anything less than torture?
Id recomend a personal trainer to anyone. Going to the gym before or after work has raised my energy levels helped with my weightloss and is making my back feel so much better.
