The Turbulence Training results I want to share are 8 kilos lost in twelve weeks or so. I am about 82 kilos now and when I started this I was 90. I may be a little out one way or the other as my scales aren't so good. I can get better figures from the local mall but I don't go there all the time. This is good enough for me though and I am going to keep on with the program.
These results have in fact been about more than just exercise. Not drinking the sodas has really got me to stop consuming so much sugar. And I was put off drinking soda more by a recent TV documentary I watched on how they are made. You would be surprised at the junk that goes into them. However I still have them occasionally if I am hungover.
I have actually had to slow down on the beer. Drink a lot and you will lose your Turbulence Training results. You won't progress by doing one single thing. Only training will not be enough. You really have to pay attention to what you are eating.
The Turbulence Training results have given me a nice body shape with the weight I have lost. I have a well proportioned amount of muscle in the right places on my body. This has helped my confidence and given me a more positive outlook. You can feel happier in life if you like how you look.
Finally it doesn't take long to get Turbulence Training results. Your first 3 months on the program will fly by. The course isn't over after 3 months though. Keep training to keep the fat off.
