My Three Days without a Cell Phone

The history of the cell phone is not so long, yet it is the item that is widely used in such a shot time, almost a half century. However, the revolutionary change brought by cell phone has been obviously affecting everyone's life. Have you every imagined how our life will be if we live without cell phone? Do you have an overall understanding of the functions of cell phone? Here I want to talk about it with you and share how I feel without cell phone for just 3 days.

In fact, mobile phones are used for a variety of purpose. We keep in touch with our families and friends by using cell phone. We surf the Internet and chat with friends by it. We even read novel and enjoy various pictures through phone when we are in WC. What's more, cell phone can even save thousands of life when emergency come up.

I have a cute cell phone, which has been with me for a long time. Unluckily, I lost it on the way back home. It seems that I led a dark life without it in the following 3 days, which is just like 3 years, long and hard to bear for me.

The first day

I got through the first day in total suffering. One of the important functions of my cell phone is as an alarm, waking me up at seven o'clock every day. When I opened my eyes for the first time, it was four o'clock, which means earlier for me to get up. Then I continued to sleep, wishing that I could get up 3 hours later. However, I overslept for about one hour. It was eight o'clock and I was late for work, being punished ten dollars for it. How great the loss is to me!

When my work began, I just could not help looking for my cell phone from my bag so that I could check my message, which was also my habit for several yeas. Then I realized the reality that my cell phone had been lost. When it was the noon, I had to borrow my colleague's phone to check my emails which are often from my client about some important discussion.

What's more, I was a cell phone games player at night. I play it every night, yet the first night I have nothing to do, waiting to sleep until the fixed time. The little phone had made my life totally in a mess.

The second day

It was no better than the first day. My cell phone has the function of monitoring my house when I was away home. However, what happened to me that day was still hurting. I left home very early that day, forgetting to turn off the gas. When I went back and turn on the light, I just heard a big noise of bombing. I found myself in hospital when I regained consciousness. The influence was fatal to me. I regretted to turn off the gas, giving me an unforgettable lesson.

The third day

I had to admit that the cell phone brought me a great benefit in the past and I could not live without it. To minimize the loss, I bought a bar phone from an online store since I could not went to the shopping mall. I still make full use of its functions, checking email and message, contacting my families, waking me up in the morning. However, I also learned a big lesson in just two days without cell phone. For example, I should arrange my life more reasonable, but not live on with a phone; I could try to get up by my biological clock and so on.
