I can only say that this unit is amazing. Quick service right out of the box, easy to use, easy to identify the external drains, etc. I have owned many brands dehumidifier in the past, and I must say, this is the best I've ever had.
This drive to reduce the moisture in the basement very large (1000 + sq ft), very good, if positioned correctly. Attach the tube connecting it easier if you look at the bucket. I added a second unit in my basement, even at low humidity, but the regular (500 1000sq ft) cellar it would be perfect size.
Bucket of this equipment is very simple, it tells you when you empty the bucket with a warning LED. A failure to use a bucket is the bucket is rusty, if not quite empty. This can be corrected by adding some bleach every time you empty the bucket. When the drainage tube should not worry about this problem.
My basement is much less moisture and the filter cleans the air as well. I would recommend it to friends and relatives looking for easy solutions, without raising a single unit / C. If you're trying to reduce the moisture in the basement over 2000 + square feet, like mine, I recommend buying two of them.
Put simply, the dehumidifier doing a great job kept things under control. For the price can get a better system, and I would recommend this again and again. I used two of these units for two years and have had zero problems running. Do not hesitate to buy this product!

My first dehumidifier
Lots of other reviews already here, so here's my perspective, point by point:
*Noise - Others complained about noise. I think this is unfounded. Sure there is some sound, but it is electronic equipment with a fan! What do you expect? Some people are just disconnected from reality. Bottom line: it's not loud like a vacuum or even a window unit air conditioner. I don't know of other units to compare it to, but I found the sound to be at a very acceptable level.
*The Job - It is supposed to pull moisture out of the air, and it does it with fervor. I dump a full 50 pints of water out of it at least once a day (which being a sustainable type, I use to water my garden). Within a day of using it, I could already tell a difference in my house which used to feel more humid than the 90 degrees outside. Now, I feel like I can breath again and my air conditioner isn't working overtime like it used to. My only recommendation: hook it up to auto drain. I just don't have a way to do that in my place. Bottom line: it works well!
*Overall - I used the reviews on the various models on Amazon to pick the dehumidifier I wanted, and I've been extremely pleased!
Good unit but flawed
The unit is attractive and unlike some reviewers I didn't think the noise was too bad. It has a humidity sensor that supposed to display the the room humidity and then either turn off the unit or the compressor I can't tell because mine didn't work. Unfortunately regardless of the room humidity the display on my unit always read 90%. I measured the humidity with another instrument and found it below 50%. I have contacted Frigidaire and am currently awaiting a replacement.

no humidifier is quiet but this one is better than any owned previously. I've had some where attaching the hose was difficult or required a unique connection; not here. A standard garden hose worked just fine. I'd definately by this unit again.
